Access & Timeline

  • Guest Access: Guests are permitted in the space only during the designated 2-hour event window.
  • Curfew: All events must conclude and the space must be vacated by 10:00 PM.
  • Resting State: The 4th floor is delivered in its “resting state.” You are welcome to rearrange furniture within the space during your rental period, but it must be returned to its original “resting state” before the end of your contracted breakdown time to avoid additional charges.

Cleanup & Care

  • Host Responsibility: While basic cleaning is included, the host must ensure all trash is in provided bins, and all outside catering supplies or bulky boxes are removed by the end of the 6-hour block.
