- Showcase Staging: 2,500 sq. ft. Gallery with exposed brick, natural light, and hardwood floors.
- On-Site Staffing: Venue Representative present for all 5 days to manage the building and guest flow.
- Layout Services: Complimentary floor planning and physical furniture setup.
- Cleaning: Basic post-event cleaning included.

- Tuck-Away Kitchen: Discreet suite with commercial range, oven, fridge, and dishwasher.
- Furniture & Gear: 8’ Mobile Bar, Lounge Sectional, and Coat Rack.

Access & Care
- Hourly Block: All access days are strictly limited to an 8-hour window.
- Cleanup & Care: While basic cleaning is included, the host is responsible for the removal of all oversized shipping crates and pallets by the end of the final breakdown day.
