 Such a cool and unique space in NYC! Having our engagement party here was a great decision. I had so many questions during the booking process, which Kendall and Ivi were happy to help with. They were available for multiple walkthroughs of the space with our caterer, gave speedy help with a payment issue, and scheduled meetings to discuss all final details. You can tell they are experts with the space and excellent at dealing with a multitude of different people and personalities.

Really glad we picked this funky place (the speakeasy floor) and would definitely host another event here again!

 My fiancé and I booked a walkthrough while looking for our wedding venue, and we instantly loved the space. It’s perfect for the small, intimate celebration we’re planning with our closest friends and family. The person who greeted us was so kind and helpful, and she followed up quickly with answers to our questions. We’re really excited and can’t wait to move forward with booking this venue.

 Great spot for an intimate party with friends and family. We were there for a friend's birthday party, on the 3rd floor. The Space is not too big, and not too small. I would estimate there were probably about 50 people there and we still had room to move about and chat. Plus, there is some seating, if you'd like to sit. They have a cute little phone booth, too, for selfies.selfless. I don't know about their speaker setup. There was music there, but we couldn't hear it well from the back, so they may not have a speaker system throughout the venue.

 This venue was EXACTLY what I had in mind for my wife's 70th birthday party for about 60 people. We rented two floors to separate the cocktail hour from the dinner/dance party. Ivy was very helpful and courteous from teh minute we got there to initially see the facilities.

 I have done 2 events now at Loft 39 and have absolutely no regrets at all. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They take time to answer any questions that I have and assure me of the process. On event days, their staff is there on time and always willing to lend a helping hand. The actual space is stunning with the multiple floors and the brick wall in the background but the rooftop is like no other! I also like that each floor has a kitchen instead of just one kitchen for the whole building. I am working on a third event at Loft 39 for next year and I cannot be more pleased. Looking forward to many more events at this venue!

 This was the first time we arranged an event at Loft39. Everything worked out perfectly and the staff was very professional and helpful. The event location in midtown New York was perfect, we had a great turnout and interesting panel discussion. We will definitely arrange more event at Loft39. Thanks

 Loft39 was the perfect venue for my halloween event. The space is clean, modern, and exactly as pictured, intimate yet spacious, with great lighting that set the vibe immediately. Finding the entrance was simple thanks to the clear signage, and the team was responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish.

Setup and breakdown were seamless, and the staff made the whole process feel effortless. The venue looked incredible once everything came together, and my guests kept commenting on how much they loved the space. It truly made the night feel elevated.

Huge thank you to the Loft39 team for being flexible and easy to work with. I’d absolutely book again for future events and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a reliable, beautiful space in NYC.

 I rented the third and fourth floors for a 4-day workshop with 25 people. The staff service was wonderful; they were very flexible and proactive with our needs. They received our packages and deliveries in advance. The location is excellent and very central. The kitchen had everything we needed for our catering. I will definitely rent it again.
